Together we chose a model on a well-known trading platform, of course, the pre-installed Windows licensed system, 11 home. They launched everything themselves, and everything was fine until the computer was blocked by  BitLocker after the first updates. And the funniest thing is that there is no Microsoft account for restoring keys.

Printer firmware, what, why and for what reason? Let's start with when it is worth updating the printer with the latest software. After all, inside the printing device there is a brain, just like in a computer. And sometimes, when the device is working poorly, an update really helps it.

Where to get updates, of course on official websites. If there is none, you can try to find one for another country. Once I cured my MFP this way, downloaded it from the American market website, and it helped. But everything is at your own risk.

Sometimes printers and MFPs have unofficial firmware and even programs that help with various tricks. Before downloading and installing, carefully study this issue. Compare opinions on the Internet.

Remote assistance, what can be done on a computer and other. The latter concerns any thing that has a web interface, or, more simply, it can receive an IP address in your network. In particular, video surveillance and intercom systems, access control. 

If a remote assistance program like TeamViewer is installed and there is normal Internet, you can do anything. With the exception of physical manipulations, the owner will perform the latter without any problems as instructed by the master. Here I would like to repeat once again about connecting to the Internet with a cable, and not via Wi-Fi. Although for simple tasks it will be enough.

Printer operation, MFP, how to install correctly in new systems. I would like to immediately say something about inkjet printing, since it is a little easier in laser. Or what happens when an inexperienced user installs a printing device.

In modern systems, starting with Windows 10, Microsoft simplified the installation of drivers to a minimum. Bought, turned on, everything was pulled up and installed, and most importantly, it works, so why touch it. But proprietary utilities such as cleaning the print head, nozzle test (printed on paper and displaying the number of printing nozzles and non-printing ones ) are very necessary when working with inkjet devices.
